Once your teeth are prepared, impressions are taken. This information guides dental lab technicians as they create the veneers. Temporary shells are provided to protect your teeth while you wait.
You’ll return to the clinic to have the permanent veneers placed 1-2 weeks later. This is done using dental cement. Your dentist may trim the shells if necessary; then, they’ll polish them to a shine before checking to ensure that everything looks good.
